On behalf of BFA, a vacant lot in Niederschöneweide has been successfully converted into a modern student accommodation building. The former empty lot extends over two tracts of land, and this division will remain visually apparent in the facade of the building. Inside, various furnished apartments have been created to meet an assortment of living needs: single apartments, as well as apartments suitable for shared accommodation and rooms for couples or single parents with their children. Additionally, the student accommodation building receives additional quality distinction in part through it’s communal areas with free-time and community opportunities on all floors, a terrace for all in the penthouse and on the ground floor, a day care center for thirty children.
