On the edge of the “Schöneberg-Südkreuz” development area, cutting-edge commercial and office buildings are intended to complement the existing GSG commercial park. The property between the train tracks however, is demanding. Despite the challenges, the BFA concept envisions four independent buildings to be raised as an aesthetic conglomerate on the embankment. Maximum diversity as well as maximum flexibility in use are the basic building blocks for the development of this innovative campus, which includes offices and businesses as well as greener areas for relaxation and play areas for children.
