Fünf Morgen Urban Village, Dahlem

The »Fünf Morgen Dahlem Urban Village« is located in the southwest area of Berlin. Based on a design by KSP Architects, BFA has planned and implemented this “village in the city” around a landscaped lake, which consists of five residential and commercial buildings. There are a total of eighty residential units with an attractive communal area, ten commercial units for business and a daycare center. The loft-like apartments impress with their expansive windows, spacious balconies and roof terraces. The high quality of the buildings can also be seen in the bright facades, which are composed of both limestone and brick.
