Harmoniously Embedded
Where once stood a gaping vacant lot between a harmonious conglomerate of historic Wilhelmina-style architecture, through BFA’s meticulous design, now stand two modern buildings. The vertical structure of the buildings and the design of the façades emulate the surrounding structures and thus retain the character of the retail dominated Bölschestrasse. Surrounded by shorter, often one-storied buildings, these high-volume buildings impressively catch the eye. Eight medical practices, a flower shop, a pharmacy and a Kaiser’s supermarket, which spans the entire length of the rear of the property, are notably present in the buildings.
