Just between Berlin-Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, in the flourishing Brunnenviertel, stands an impressive office and commercial building from the early 1990s. At the behest of a private client, BFA has put new life into the building with a thorough renovation and modernization. Spacious rooms have been enabled; creating an interior that has both an airy yet functional feel. Floor surfaces have been rearranged and both the facade and the interior designed to be more classic and refined. The new construction of a glass pavilion with a functional roof terrace in the courtyard additionally lends the building a unique quality.
