Located directly at Besselpark in Kreuzberg, an atmospheric building for visionary work has been created under the construction management of BFA. Despite the three alternately staggered building parts, the coherent structure gives the impression of playful cohesion. Various disciplines working together in different constellations have united a building group for cultural trades. The façade, made of flamed wood, lends the building an organic nuance and the flexible space inside allows for various collaborative needs. Short-term apartments supplement the studios, ateliers and co-working spaces. In addition, the roof areas are used as gardens and terraces.
